On 21:45 how do you resolve torrential set from trap trick & graff special summon from deck at the same time? Isn’t summon & set in the same chain can you really just torrential as soon as set in same chain? Cause doesn’t the summon happen while its being set? I don’t understand that part. Someone please clarify.

Let’s break down the chains. CL 1 graff, cl2 apollousa, cl3 breakthrough, cl4 trap trick. Chain now resolves backwards. Traptrick sets a torrential in cl4. Breakthrough negates apollousa in cl3 allowing cl1 graff to resolve. Since cl1 was graff, you’re allowed to activate torrential tribute on resolution of graff summon

So I may be bad but how do you get the search off of Rhino when it was xyz material? Is it not the same interaction as Sangan back in the day where you couldn't search?

Nothing wrong with asking a question, the distinction here is "if this card is sent to the gy" vs "if this card is sent from the field to grave". Xyz material aren't considered "on the field" for sangan but rhino just says "sent to gy"

you could run dimensional barrier in the side, which you could play in trap BA (probs better side option going first, typically use it before dragoon hits the board). If your deck can run super poly and has lots of darks, make room for a starving venom in the extra.

Can paleo be used for IP effect ? I think distant coder covered something like this and said nah.

Actually I believe you can use it for the link summon. IP's effect isn't to summon a link monster, it's effect is to "allow" you to link summon in that instant, with the restriction that you can only use materials you control. You're not actually using a monster effect to, lets say, send monsters you control to the grave for materials to link summon. Instead you're using an effect to be able to link summon at that specific time in the game. Could be wrong, but I believe that's how it works. Similar to Tri-brigade Revolt. It doesn't summon a link monster by effect, it just lets you summon monster from grave or banished and then, after effect resolves, immediately link summon using those monsters.

30:29 Breakthrough Misplay Pak's turn, Dante mills 3 which Breakthrough Skill was one of them. Pak then banishes Breakthrough the same turn it was sent to graveyard but Breakthrough reads that you cannot banish the card the same turn it was sent to the graveyard Sick duel though, 10/10 content
