Below important points were totally omitted from the discussion: 1. Always check/bargain markup + spread rates from the banks. (Whether rates are fixed for a year or changing monthly or quarterly basis, bank spread should not be over 2-3%, fixed rates for longer period of time are better these days as KIBOR rates are at lowest levels these days) 2. Beforehand check hidden charges from the bank (Some banks charge hidden tracker charges from monthly installments) 3. Areas allowed by the for travel (Most banks do not allow specific areas for travelling for leased vehicles) 4. Banks charge hefty early settlement penalties in case of lumpsum vehicles pay offs before lease period ranging 10-6% of principal amount)

No bro you are wrong that banks don't allow going to KPk etc. It's just tracker company who says that if you are going to these areas. Just inform before going. And this policy isn't from but the tracker company. If you install tracker in your own car which has no relation with bank. Good video and informative. If you book new car with bank finance or purchase on cash , in both cases there is a risk of price increase between date of booking and date of delivery. Please also make a video whether we should buy car with 'ON' money or book through showroom . People prefer ON money because you pay a fix and get instant delivery. If you book through showroom your delivery gets late and still you have to pay price increase by company.

Initially, it looks so good that you will get the car from Bank on leasing. The bank will treat you good as well. Later on, you will get to know the reality of this Gamble. To everyone who is reading, this is all a GAMBLE! Telling you from my personal experience. Bank will squeeze each and every penny of yours when it will come to Interest. Secondly, any late payment / less payment as it is desired. It will be used against you. The "RECOVERY AGENTS" will give you a visit on daily basis and disrespect you in all means. Will bank tells you this ? So far, after completing your installments. You will be disrespected for taking NOC as well. You will have to visit bank from point A to B and B to A. I would always advised everyone. Donot get your car leased from bank. Specially these private banks who are operating in Pakistan and they die for one single penny. Donot waste your respect on temporary enjoyment which you will get after leasing your car. Its a GAMBLE and once you step on it. There is no way to come back !
