I am a resident of Quetta, I live in a area which is surrounded by judges and ministers. All the ministers have NCP cars at their houses and they give their Kids NCP cars to play around with. Sir I suggest there should be only 1 number plate issued to a person on his CNIC, when he/she will buy another car, he/she should inform to related department e.g. excise etc that I am changing my vehicle and the same number plate will be allowed to him or her to display on his or her new vehicle. My suggestion to buy used vehicles in Pakistan locally produced or imported make sure before buying you must inspect vehicle documents from concerned E.T.O office it's very simple . Not only relay online verification becoz sometime registration verfiy on line but documents fake.
