Brand image is one thing and not everyone is looking for the fastest 0 to 60, if they were looking for that everyone wud go for a tesla plaid which is a rocket with no brakes. As for lambos being expensive they charge for quality, brand image and the whole car being carbon fiber.

For decades key aspect of these has been acceleration amongst other USP. Now Italians are losing out as they don't have technology to make a HyperCar so they get beaten by Chinese which u laugh upon. There will be tens of thousands of speed lovers across the world who would be able to feel that Uber exotica 1.9 seconds at $150,000. What's the entire point of Carbon fibre in a Ferrari u brag upon when the power to weight is still worse than a BYD U9? The cofficient of drag (aero) is worse too? Bro, things are changing and it seems Italy has fallen behind in engineering, battery chemistry, design amongst other key areas. Also do bear in mind Italian cars are not reliable ( check consumer reports any year US or UK). At the end of the day high end Italian brands are like expensive paintings u buy into the brand not the technology or performance figures which is one aspect u did choose it yesteryear.
