In 33 lacs, one can buy a Honda Civic X 17 Model! Nd the features and function are damn good as compared to yaris! My 17 Model Civic gives me 11 KM average in local and 15-16 on Motorway! So I guess, one should go for Civic instead of 1.5 Yaris!

Greetings from India 🇮🇳. The top spec V and VX variants of the Toyota Yaris retails for ₹ 1,440,000 On road price that is. This includes comprehensive insurance cover, registration and lifetime road tax ( We don't have yearly road tax for private vehicles in India ). Standard warranty of 4 years or 100,000 kms, which could be extended to 6 years in total by paying ₹ 5000. The delivery period for the current generation of the Toyota Yaris is one week or ten days, and if company fails to deliver the car within the stipulated time (Any car brand for that matter) they are liable to pay interest on the booking amount. The booking amount for the Toyota Yaris is ₹ 30,000. Base J variant retails for ₹ 980,00. Standard features across all variant includes projector headlamps, 7 airbags ( driver side knee airbag included ), TCS, ABS, EBD, self-levelling suspension, all disc brakes ( All 4 wheels), Reverse parking sensors. Tyre pressure monitoring system, Alloy wheels, Seat belt reminder chimes for all passengers, Shark fin antenna, Auto door locks open crash sensors. Assalamoalaikm SOS Call... My budget is 30 lac and want top variant of Honda or Yaris or alswin. After listening dozens of reviews, I have decided to book top variant of yaris coz of its re-sale value. However, I couldn’t see bonnet after sitting in Yaris. Seat height is now an issue although I am 5.5 ft. Now I am confused wether to book it or not. Alswin is good but hesitant coz of being new in market whereas Honda price is too much. Pl note Yaris height is altered for pakistan and has been raised by about an inch. Hence the issue of body roll and bouncy ride in potholes. In other markets it has lower ground clearance

why oil is changed after every 5000km in Pakistan? where as it is done after every 10000 km in India? Curious to know?

1. Our mechanics are too old school they used to recommend oil change every 2500-3000km most mechanics still can't diagonse or fix efi vehicles and even vacuum leaks. They sometimes block/disconnect vacuum lines on even carby engines. 2. Oil availability: knock off oils and filters are so prevalent that every oil change is a gamble. So the less time it stays in engine the less damage it can do (owners may not know they been ripped off but will blame the long oil change interval for any problem that may arise) even if the oil is fully synthetic original the fake filters give up around 7000km so getting a new filter or waiting for one to leak (internally or just explode and drench the engine bay like it happened on my car) is a hassle rather get oil changed at 5000km.

The City referred to below is the recently discontinued model. The speedometer/radio lights mentioned above come in the GLI whereas in the ATIV comes with blue speedometer lights and white radio display. 😳 And so on and so forth....

Suneel should have asked what was the original delivery period of Yaris, which led the owner to go for buying the Car on ON? The problem with these car manufacturers is they fleece u for a car which is not worth its price and then they keep that money for 6 months or so before delivery on which they earn handsome profit/ interest as well. Yet these blackmailer manufacturers r not ready to pass on the benefit to the buyer. Suneel, would u like to comment please?
