Hi Elinor, a lovely day to you. Usually hand sanitizers are limited up to 100ml only for hand carry baggage. For checked in baggage, quantity per person cannot exceed 2kg (70 ounces) or 2L (68 fluid ounces). The capacity of each container must not exceed 0.5kg (18 ounces) or 500ml (17 fluid ounces). Airlines have different baggage policy. Kindly double check it with your airline. God bless and stay safe.

Usually up to 5 pieces lang ang allowed na dalhing perfume pauwi ng Pilipinas pero if more than 5 pieces, you need to have a clearance from Bureau of Customs or FDA-DOH (Food and Drug Administration - Department of Health). You said, just carry enough for consumption, what about if someone stole your bag or handbag and prescriptions are lost, how are you going to provide meds that was given by our doctors in america.?
