Nishabai, a few suggestions. Try to use gur istead of sugar, cinamon, lavang, elaichi should he powdered and added after jam is setting and 100 ml of Old Monk rum. Eat & you will remember me. Spiced Apple Jam.

Hello ma'am I followed the recipe today. However the results were quite unsatisfactory. The jam looked wonderful when it was being cooked but as soon as I allowed it to cool down it dried and turned really chewy and hard.Also,the taste wasn't that good.
