Body shaming happens everywhere.. I too faced.. my kind suggestion is to reduce weight in a healthy way.. 1. Cut down white sugar. 2. Avoid junk foods like burger, pizza, and chips. 3. Drink warm lemon water in empty stomach early morning.. 4. Don't skip breakfast 5. Drink lot of water. 6. Reduce rice intake and switch to veg and fruit salad.. 6. Always be positive and smile always..
