When I travel to Biloxi I often eat at the Palace buffet and it is the best in town. Also, the Hard Rock's buffet is very good but it's only on the weekends and it's hard to catch. I have not tried Harrahs, don't know if they have one. Not really a fan of Beau Rivage's buffet. But you can't go wrong at the Palace. Now if I could only win in their casino...lol.
