I love this game, I love being a team player and picking the support role or tank role. What absolutely makes me flame is when I have a team with all flanks or dps. I'm pretty low level, only 23 so that may have something to do with my teammates. They'll pick Vicktor or Tyra and play the game like it's TDM, shit I had a rukus not getting on the point and playing like a flank or backliner. I'm not saying I'm amazing, I'm pretty okay because I've had a lot of experience playing objective based shooters like TF2 or Overwatch and Mobas like league of legends or HoTS. Still, the concept itself isn't difficult yet people still have no idea how to play. You're almost guaranteed to lose if you don't have a tank or healer, arguably the two most important roles, and also the roles people refuse to play.

23 is not low level, my main is currently a level 25 skye, and where it's not a super high level, it's certainly not bad. Also all roles are important to win in paladins, without a flank or a dmg the team would fall apart.
