The master plan of Davao is very impressive. I appreciate the way they focus on sustainable development and being considerate for the tourists. This strategy makes the Davao tourism industry/the city itself to have a continous progress. I also appreciate the way this plan gives a ton of opportunities not only to the tourists but also to its locals.

This tourism plan for Davao City is really amazing and well planned. Because you can definitely see in this video that they want to improve the city and to show that Davao can compete to, and addition to the what caught my eyes was they still put "the touch of Filipino" styles in all of their buildings that they want to put in their City.

After I watched the Tourism Plan for Davao all i can say is they really improve the Davao City. When it comes to structures and facilities. They also show to us as a tourist that there's so many attractions to visit here in Davao. And I hope that here in Angeles City can do this by exposing the beautiful attractions and culture of the Angeleños.

I’m very impressed on how they plan this kind of work in Davao that they managed to show the attractions and also to appreciate it’s beauty. I like how everything is structured, so that everyone who will be visiting or the residents of the place will be able to enjoy visiting and admiring the beauty of the place. This plan does seem good, especially in terms of boosting eco-tourism and agritourism. However, considering that the video shows a lot of plans, it must cost billions to make it possible. I hope, with this amount of money, the Davao Tourism Master Plan will lead to something promising, especially for its local communities. Not to mention the environmental impact it will create during the implementation of this project. If Palafox Associates can provide a straightforward and excellent proposal like this, they must analyze and monitor the negative impacts during the making of it. Sustainable Tourism is still what's best.

Add on to these Master Plan is the multiple Esplanades and Children Garden Parks built along the Davao Coastal Road and along the Davao River. With the soon implementation of the Davao Modern Bus Transport System from Davao City main thorough fare from Toril to Lasang phasing out Jeepneys and encourage residents, students and labor force to utilize the Bus Modern Transit System will ease traffic and lessen carbon print with using 40% electric buses.

Davao is extremely an underrated province that has so much to offer. With the four (4) Tourism Development Plans that they've planning to build in the future, I disagree with the second (2nd) one which is the China Town Market. Yes it helps and benefits the community to build and operate a business, but I think the name of the market should be changed. Instead of using "China Town Market", it can be replaced as "Davao City's Tourism Market" or "Davao's Market".

As long as this plan helps to strengthen not only the economy of Davao but also that of the Philippines, I support it. However, while this plan is in progress, we must all take responsibility for our actions so that no one will ultimately suffer or be negatively impacted, and that no one will have an adverse effect on the environment. If everyone takes responsibility, we can create a better community where positivity will spread more quickly and we can create a better nation.
