Water 1ltr
Milk 2cups
For Qorma:
Mutton 2kg
Cooking Oil 1cups
Black cardamom 1
Green Cardamom 4
Cinnamon 3pcs
Onion 3
Salt 1.25tbs
Red Chilli Powder 1.5tbs
Turmeric 1/2tbs
Milk 1/2cup
Coriander 1tsp
Garam Masala
Tarka:
Mustard Oil 1/4cup
Methi Dana 1/2tsp
Sliced Spinach 3leaves
Whole Red Chillies 4pcs

finally my recipe by a sensible chef... palak ko cut kr kr k khajal honay ki zarurt hi nahi hoti...simple steam the whole leaves... i always did it with my sense now frst time saw it by a pro chef
