Maybe, but so what. This song is much better imo. That's how sometimes music production works. You hear a song and like it, the melody gets stuck in your head and then another time you replicate it and think it is completely your own idea.. No reason to shame the new song because it is still atleast 90-95% new work effort in that song. Maybe both Elderbrook and Palastic copied a melody from some classical music piece. In the end in this case now it would be making a big deal about copying the song

@@mothelmusic I'd love if copyright claims wouldn't be such a big deal in music production. People would be more free to just create music for free, even if they maybe sampled something from somewhere... as long as it is not a completely stolen song of course
