He's not even in the pit. Dude backs up on him and starts whaling away. Step outside and that's assault and battery. Been drumming in metal bands for over 15 years, there's alot of ways to mosh and pit it up, this is by far the most ridiculous and gives the genre a bad rep. I thought the point was to get the crowd involved and have a good time. This somehow equates to facial injuries?
