Can you sub cassava flour for tapioca flour

I believe the tapioca flour (aka tapioca starch) works best here because it gives the bread a cakier texture. And tapioca flour is more neutral in flavor in my opinion.

Made this recipe twice already 🙈 The texture/moisture is INSANE 🤌 I will say the second time I made it I added 2-3 TBSP each of coconut sugar and maple syrup and I personally liked it more than my first try- but I think I was also just too impatient and my first round would have been sweeter if my bananas were more ripe 😅
