Күн бұрын

Just another Day In My Life when roaming around the regions between Colorado and Utah. A good rock shelter made the perfect home my dog Finn and I. I would like to share that this is just a day...a single 24 hours out of three, four or even ten days. I say this because I'm happy to share a single day or even more, but the rest belong to just me.
Thanks a million for watching, liking and sharing my videos. I appreciate the support you all have given this channel! Your time, interests and feedback are important to me. I really want to say thanks to each and every person who likes, subscribes and shares my videos. Much respect!
See you in the bush! Check out and follow my social media links below.

Interesting that your dead fall went off but caught nothing. They are hard to rig for a fast, heavy drop and the prey can't always be determined. Fashioned a live trap one time and caught a rat that aimed some very colourful language towards me. Currently trying to outwit a rat/rats that's visiting and avoiding several traps I've set up. It will get too cocky and trip a trap eventually.

I just happened to notice as you were clearing a spot for your fire the sand looked like it had some moisture to it the deeper you got. I know sand can be somewhat of a natural filter. With that particular spot at the base of that rock formation and in a dry creek bed. If you were to dig down far enough and were able to let water slowly seep through the sand and fill the hole would it be safe to drink? Hypothetically of course. Love the content btw
@DonnyDustsPaleoTracks
@DonnyDustsPaleoTracks Жыл бұрын
@@dispatch444 thanks for watching. At that time snow was still available in shaded areas and the moisture was from the snow melt trapped between the sand stone bed rock and loose sand above it. It would be best to purify it. However in a pinch with no other options I would drink it.
