So there can't be a larger platform than the platform of muharram where we can show our solidarity with the oppressed. However, it is disheartening to hear certain leaders discourage us from carrying the Palestine flag alongside the flags of Imam Hussain and Hazrat Abbas. This stance is worthy of criticism. Our faith and our commemoration of Muharram compel us to stand against all forms of oppression and injustice. Let us not be dissuaded from showing our solidarity with the people of Palestine. Their struggle is a modern echo of the tragedy of Karbala, and our support is both a moral and religious duty. Let us raise our voices and our flags for justice, for humanity, and for the people of Palestine.
