♥Noura Erakat♥ I'd love for her to either be the justice minister or chief prosecutor for the state of Palestine after liberation. 🥰 She knows her stuff and doesn't take any sh*t from anyone. She cuts through BS like a hot knife through butter. I wish more people had her skills, knowledge, backbone and dedication! I've learned so much about international law by watching her lectures and talks, but also how to look at international law philosophically. How we need to learn how it was crafted, understand who it mainly serves and how we should use what we have right now, but also that we need to dream big and work towards reforms in order to serve the needs of all countries and peoples no matter their "place in the pecking order" globally. I really recommend you guys watch a few of her appearances on podcasts or lectures. There is enough material out there where she breaks down the legal jargon, so that it is accessible to anyone and in-depth lectures for those who already know a thing or two about the law. 👍

@@jutswheezie Gahahaha, WILF! That lunatic who is posing as a liberal Z., but demands of the Palestinians to give up basically all of their unalienable rights under international law? The woman who in contravention of the ICJ ruling and the UN General assembly denies that the Palestinians are a people? Take her fake facts and return them to that genöcidal witch who is attacking UNRWA daily, because she claims she can undermine the rights of Palestinian refugees by destroying it. No, mister, even if UNRWA ceased to exist ALL of the Palestinian rights would still remain the same. We support UNRWA so we can maintain Palestinian life, education, health and culture and as a temporary vehicle to facilitate an easier transition into statehood after. That's why she is attacking it. She wants to make life unlivable for Palestinians in the OPT, so that they disperse and take on citizenship elsewhere. Well, guess again, mister: the Palestinians are here to stay, they will keep fighting and they won't cease to fight until liberation and until justice is served. Billions of people all around the world are going to support them in their just endeavour and in order to uphold international law and human rights! We will continue to learn from scholars like Erakat in order to counter and dispel all the lies that pseudo-scholars like Wilf are spewing into the ether. Now off you go and don't say hi to the mendacious Wilf from me, cause she's a shande to scholars worldwide, not only because of the lies she spews, but because of the fact that rather than to condemn the scholasticide taking place in Gaza through the destruction of universities, schools and educational resources, the killing of professors, teachers and students, the defunding and the prevention of schooling, she actively supports it. What a bankrupt thing for a so-called scholar to do. Shameful.
