It start with Muslim Imams who never EVER give sermon or talk about Ayaat in Qur'an pertaining to war. When have you heard Muslim Preachers talk for instance about Ayaat: 60 and 65 of Surat An'fal ( 8 )? All they talk about or all they teach is Haram and Swadaka, nothing more.

(Long Read) The biggest problem of the Muslim world: Lack of unity amongst the Muslims THE DIAGNOSIS: God’s formula for legally labelling someone a Muslim(Not Momin) in this world- - He/She has to believe in one God (Allah) - He/She has to believe in the afterlife and the day of Judgement - He/She has to believe in the Angels of God - He/She has to believe in the Prophets and the last Prophet to be Muhammad(PBUH) - He/She has to believe in the previous revelations(The Holy Books) and the last and final revelation(The Quran) If anyone does not believe in any of the above points then he can be legally labelled a Non-Muslim as per the Quran. Apart from these, any Muslim is allowed to have different opinions or disagreements, no matter how extreme, on any other topic or personality and should still be legally considered a Muslim by the community. He/She should be able to exercise the same rights as any other Muslim upon the Muslim community and the Muslim community should have the same rights upon him/her as any other Muslim. For example, he/she should be able to marry any other Muslim and cannot deny other Muslims to marry other Muslims, should be able to pray with other Muslims(no matter how different his/her praying style might be) and cannot deny other Muslims the rights to pray among other Muslims, should be allowed to be buried in any Muslim burial ground after dying, should be able to receive charity and give charity just like any other Muslim, should expect security and help from the Ummah as a whole from external and internal threats and should contribute to providing security and help to the Ummah etc. Now the broken formulas which WE made up to label someone to be a Muslim or a non-Muslim which ultimately destroyed the whole Ummah from inside: - His/Her opinions on the companions of the Prophet - Cause of the Shia-Sunni divide. - His/Her opinions on Ahle-Bayt - Cause of the Shia-Sunni divide. - His/Her opinions on the Imaams - Cause of the Hanafi, Shaafi, Maaliki and Humbli schools of thoughts division. - His/Her opinions on various religious scholars - Deobandi and Barelvi division between the Hanafis - and the list can go on and on forever. Now the thing is that it is absolutely possible and allowed to have as many disagreements and differences of opinions as there are number of topics related to our religion, but nobody can be legally labelled a non-Muslim or a Kaafir based on those opinions no matter how extreme they are. (If someone is wrong or has some mischief in his/her heart then he/she will pay for it on the Day of Judgement). One should be allowed to dislike another Muslim but one cannot divide the Ummah on any basis other than the fundamental ones. He/She cannot label anyone a Kaafir and cannot deprive him/her of his/her rights and responsibilities as a Muslim. This is a mistake that has been made for centuries by our ancestors and forefathers and we cannot afford to make the same mistakes anymore. If you mess with the definitions made by Allah, you end up breaking the system. And that’s what our ancestors have done. THE TREATMEMENT: If somebody tries to label any other Muslim as a non-Muslim (Kaafir) on the basis of any criteria other than the fundamental ones, then that person should be seen as a cancer to the Muslim Ummah as a whole* and his idea should not be allowed to propagate further by any means. We should make sure that he/she is not allowed to hold any position of leadership of any kind (whether he is the leader of the house as a father, a leader of a mosque as an Imaam, or a politician) to curb his/her influence as much as possible. This is the only way we can ensure that the entire Muslim Ummah becomes united and one political power in the years to come and no upcoming generation faces the same fate as the Palestinians and Yemenis are facing today. Now I know that a lot of people will not agree with my opinion and will stick to their old belief systems, but we don’t need a lot of people. A solid cluster of even a fraction of the current Muslim population can make a huge difference if we come together. Applicable to everyone. Important to open up to realise one's pain. But not to heal it with violence. Or revolt. Introspection. Calm. And removal of caustic feelings. Why not interpret the Quran in peaceful terms? Not misinterpret into explanations of violence. Revision is so important and has to be contemporary. Passing time has been calling for adjustment...for the best. For prevention of repeat of what may have been conveniently interpreted by troublemakers.

Do not seek to be a ruler, for if you are given authority on your demand then you will be held responsible for it(Allah will not help you), but if you are given it without asking (for it), then you will be helped (by Allah) in it. If you ever take an oath to do something and later on you find that something else is better, then you should expiate your oath and do what is better." Abu Mūsa al-Ash‘ari (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: I and two of my paternal cousins entered upon the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him). One of them said: "O Messenger of Allah, appoint us rulers over some of what Allah, the Almighty, has entrusted you with." The other said the same. The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "By Allah! We do not entrust this post to anyone who seeks it or is keen to attain it.’" . - [Al-Bukhari and Muslim] The majority of the people who are ruling Muslims today are in fact nepotistic, usurious, wretches Nuaym bin Hammad Kitab Al Fitan 500-501 Abu Bakr b. Hazm: The Prophet said: “This world will not go until it belongs to an idiot son of an idiot.” Hudhayfa: The Prophet said: “The Hour will not arise until the most felicitous of the people is an idiot son of an idiot.”

This is practical and in sha Allah can be unity implemented by ourselves..an ummah unity is done with something bigger..a place to turn .to when your in need..advice,guidance and help our brothers being opreesed in our own communities or abroad and collective unity at the moment due to Gaza is our biggest concern as we need to be brave and consolidate.. caliphate is the only true way but individually we can within our community protest and go to the mosque and let that be our first point and all mosques should communicate and abroad as the ones with knowledge are their..so don't do wrong do it collectively as the scholars of said..

Caliphate needs to be organised by the must ummah in Muslim countries..it cannot be in western countries..as the majority of Muslims are tiny..and we can still benefit from our caliphate abroad..but it needs too be organised by those who know .not by small factions who cause fasad and intolerance and has a version that is followed by the said people..but should be inclusive for all the ummah..and it's wrong to not include a section just because they follow a different sect..it should be inclusive of all.
