Mad respect for filming this as a one whole video! 😮💪🏻I use to really hold on to my palettes, because when I was still studying in uni every palette felt like it had been this big extra purchase that I had to keep despite not using it. However now that I have a stable income, I have become a lot more selective with the make up I keep. For me a good rule has been that if I haven't used the palette in a year then it's just collecting dust in my drawer. I'd also say that the makeup quality has gone up from when I started really collecting makeup even with some less expensive brands, so if the formula in the palette is bad I just get rid off it straight away.

I completely agree with you. I've seen so many people who have all of their Jeffree Star palettes hidden away or separate from the rest of their collection, and to me it feels like a waste of good product and a lot of money! You don't need to promote or continue to support him, but no sense wasting what you've already purchased.

I just stumbled across this video last week in my "continue watching" list from a very long time ago; I've chipped away at it over the last days while doing tasks. I love the way you do in depth collection and declutter videos, I think you and Angelica Nyqvist are the only people I have seen who do them so thoroughly (I like colourful makeup so don't have any interest in beige/neutral collections) - You saved the best for last, Beauty Bay. The ColourPop "Boudoir Noir" came out with the "Menage a Muah" palette. The Boudoir palette is a stunning light green, khaki, tan color story. I bought it a few years ago on a whim and it is one of my favorite in my collection! I am surprised I haven't seen it in your collection yet. You have a stunning collection! If my family wouldn't think I lost it completely, I would have more and more palettes in my collection, lol.

The Naughty Palette from Christmas 2020 by BH Cosmetics is absolutely perfect. Love the Chocolate Truffle blush palette too. Use it all the time. Wish they were still as they were. Good stuff.

This took me a couple of days to finish but wow amazing collection! And you decluttered things and if you don't want to get rid of too many things that you enjoy then it's your collection that brings you joy. It's way too many palettes for me to own lol but I have at least 80+ palettes and I love eyeshadow too. When it comes to the Colourpop Hocus Pocus 2 palette I thought the same thing about the purple shimmer it's the only dud shade in the palette. And with the All Amethyst palette mine was horrible quality that I did end up decluttering it and bought the Lilac You a Lot palette instead and I really like that one. Amazing collection!

Hocus pocus was so disappointing with that shade and i haven’t heard people talk about it. Luckily my all amethyst palette didn’t have a pressing issue like some peoples! It’s a shame when there’s inconsistencies in the quality. Thankyou for watching ❤️

Highly suggest you go indie - I stayed mainstream till about a year and a half ago. You won’t look back. Do it. You won’t regret it. ❤. Pigmentation. Shimmer for days. Unique color stories. Multichromes. You will laugh at a Natasha denona multichrome after you try a good indie one. ❤

The Matrix palette from Revolution is really nice! I got it too. Some of the shimmers in there are as shimmery and sparkly as indie shadows. Definitely better than people give it credit for. Actually a few of my Revolution palettes have really good foils or sparkly shades that wear and look nicer than high end alternatives... But they don't always use them and palettes can be a mixed bags. But that goes for most palettes on the market 😅even beauty bay and indie palettes have different quality shimmers in each palette and not all are equally good. People just tend to use and focus on their fav shades in palettes and forget about the others they don't actually like

The only makeup revolution pallet I own is from the movie elf cause I love the movie. I keep it totally for the packaging cause I hate the shadows themselves and when I order a Christmas pallet I want Christmas colors. Packaging means a lot to me as well. I like elf products but have never tried their eyeshadows,I just feel like for a few extra dollars I can get the same color stories in much better quality.

I have only collected palettes for a couple of years. I decluttered about 40 also. 99% of my collection is higher end. I definitely have an addiction. I do not have any KZbin or instagram, no PR. Just wasting away my own money. I do wear a different palette everyday. But there is a lot of overlap. I buy nearly every Natasha denona that comes out, including minis. So ND is my favourite. What brand do you love the most????

What a fantastic collection! So many colourful palettes 😍 3 hours of palettes is simply magical :) I placed an order on Beauty Bay recently for those big palettes (blue and green one). Unfortunately after waiting for 3 weeks I received a message that my order was cancelled because they have some trouble dispatching some orders. So I didn't get a chance to try the palettes everyone's raving about 😥 Did you always have good experience ordering from Beauty Bay? Any idea what's going on with them lately? I'm assuming its because if the warehouse issues and the mail strike in that area along with the black friday and holiday sales... Any time I have ordered they been great cept my most recent one which was close to the mail stike and them moving warehouses and the sales ... I imagine all that can take a toll on a business...

What"s unfortunate is how Beauty Bay is dealing with their issues. Instead of being open and clear with their customers, looks like they try to hide the truth and delay orders and refunds. At least that's what I've gathered from the comments I saw online and my personal experience. Well I guess I'll go spend my money elsewhere 😁 like at Polish Glam-shop or Swedish Oden's eye 🙂🙂

Maybe the reason you love Sigma is the same reason Angelica Nyqvist likes some neutrals, she needs it more dramatic, and Sigma has very light tones and very dark ones, + their shimmers are gorgeous and simple (I have also heard they have an amazing formula), So maybe you like neutrals, but you need the drama🤩

He's racist and even sexist at times. That doesn't matter to you/most, so letting viewers know to skip the video is helpful. Funny how different people have different tastes 😂 I also have the blue Colorpop x Hello Kitty quad and I didn't like the formula at all! I only keep it because it looks cute 💕 Also have another quad (not a collab) and that was a bit better but to be honest those two kinda turned me away from wanting to try other eyeshadows from them 🙈 Plus shipping to Germany is expensive and takes ages. All in all I lost the Fomo feeling for Colorpop palettes which is a good thing 😄

I had great customer svc with Glamlite. BEWARE of buying from Sugar Drizzle. Their site glitched when I placed an order. I even had my PayPal transaction ID#. Sugar Drizzle basically said my 100+ order was my prob not theirs. If I wanted my order I'd have to place a 2nd order. I was left filing a dispute with PP to get my money back over Sugar Drizzle's processing error. It took ne month to get my money back. I swore I'd never buy anything from them again. Fyi: Pat's palettes made in Italy have a better matte formula than the USA ones.

If you want to buy blend bunny, or any other indie brand, maybe you should check if Monolith shop ship to you?? I believe they ship to all of Europe🥰 That could help with shipping fee, and if it do not, you at least only have to talk to one customer service, for all the brands😉

I ordered that meet me in the underworld lois cosmetics palette on march 3 was supposed to come march 13 never came on march 13 so I contacted the seller for a refund multiple times before the 30 days were over constantly when it didn’t come and tracking didn’t move. I sent 16+ emails and no response now i’m pissed can’t get a refund. Never buying from there again because of my shitty experience that money could have been used for me to buy another palette from another brand that would have actually come.

I've never understood the makeup hype around makeup revolution. I've bought a few over the years but when I ask myself if I'll reach for them over ABH, Natasha Denona, Huda, and/or my indie palettes, it's a quick and easy no. If i had a smaller collection, maybe, but when you have amazing palettes why would even waste your time with them? LOL needless to say, I stopped buying them.

I'm like you. I can't see your face but you said one word that makes is a fact and it isn't color. Speaking of which you would've been a huge lover of the 80s and maybe VERY early 90s for makeup. I hate to admit it but I am a hoarder of ONLY certain things. Makeup is one and I have an embarrassing about if it, far more then even the before in these declutter videos. But it is so hard for me to let go of because it's all about the aesthetic of the products in addition to actually using them. I buy a lot of clothes and shoes but I wear them out and then get more. Makeup never gets even half used. If be surprised if I've ever completely used up any makeup product and I'm no longer a young woman. I will be 51 in May and I still have this problem LOL. When you get older just wait skin care will start to creep in there too. It's not always the most expensive that works best and don't buy the claims for the most part. This was fun to watch for an old lady (with the mind of a 27 year old, only a little wiser and less naive than I was then)

You are as old as you feel! I’m still 18 in my head 😂🙈 And I love that we have a shared passion for collecting makeup. Some people collect stamps and some collect coins. I collect eyeshadow palettes 😂 and like you say it’s about the aesthetics too not just using it xx

First of all, I think you have a very interesting palette collection because there are so many palettes that I have never seen before 🤯 However, I have to say that it would have been better if you had divided the video in several parts due to it is 3 hours long because very few people are going to watch it. I watched it while I did my nails but otherwise I wouldn't have. Finally, I NEED to complaint about the OUTRAGEOUS number of advertisiments you put on the video. There were like 50 and, in my case, they ALL appeared. I think you have to adjust a NORMAL number of advertisements to the lenght of the video. Like I said, I watched the whole video because I was doing my nails and I knew it was going to take me a couple of hours, but otherwise I would have DEFINITELY stopped it because it has so many pauses that interrupts it. I say this as a constructive criticism, don't take it personally. I still like your videos 🙂 Fun fact: I didn't know you started doing makeup in the pandemic. You have obtained SO much talent in a very short period of time 👏 KEEP IT UP QUEEN!!!! ❤

Thankyou for your comment. I didn’t choose how many adverts were in the video or where they were placed etc. it’s likely due to the length of the video so more were added. I did the video in one go rather than splitting it up as I personally would love to watch a 2, 3 or 4 hour video. Although I realise not everyone would. I’m glad you enjoyed the video ❤️

@@kerry_k yeah unfortunately... they are russian owned and the parent company is (at least was) russian one too. now they may be based outside of russia, idk, but looking at their instagram, they still work with russian bloggers and models that still live in russia (which means still pay taxes there when spending their money they got from soda...)
