Can i i stall on my mac ? I hv the big sur macos.

Unfortunately Palette is only compatible with Windows® 7, 8.1, and 10 so it won't work on your Mac unless you have a virtual computer or have uninstalled the Apple Operating System and replaced it with Windows. I don't know how to do either of these things though--I just know they can be done because my husband is an electrical engineer.

I have an old Babylock Esante and I need a Palette for WIndows 10. Any recommendation?

I have Windows 10. I have both palette 10 and palette 11 and they both work great. My mom has Palette 9 and it works great on her windows 10 computer as well. IF you have the money to spend Version 11 has the most tools but if you need to save money the older versions are great as well. Just know that the hardware in the older keys don't play well with the new USB-C connectors. (I have a lot of Not Responding or Key not found notifications on my palette 10 key because of this issue)

Can you tell me how to delete designs I made in the wizard box.

Thanks for the question! You can't delete the designs that show up in the wizard because they are your most recently used designs. They will eventually be replaced as you open new designs, so if there is a specific one you don't want to see, you can open and close a bunch of designs to clear it from the preview. Alternatively, if you don't want to see designs previews at all, you can uncheck the "Always show Wizard at Startup" box. This means you also wont be able to have quick access to the other wizard tools so it does have a little bit of the trade-off. I, personally, don't like the pop-up at all, so I have my wizard turned off. I hope this helps!
