In order to watch the slides beforehand, you can go to the actual PF2 trial and play it as if you were recording it. Before the end you tap on the X and try to exit the trial. You will have a window open telling you that if you leave, the recording will be lost and you’ll have to start over. So you just leave.

Thanks so much for your helpful videos! I also wish palfish would use a different color to indicate what the teacher must say. So hard to quickly figure out what to say scanning through instructions and what not to find our "script" So much easier putting the script in different color to spot it very quickly during a lesson.

Hi Catherine! I felt like I had smashed the interview, I'm a teacher by profession, and I was accepted by English First to take a job teaching English in China starting this summer! However I just got a rejection from Palfish after my trial lesson with three reasons: that I am not a UK National (I am from England, and uploaded my passport to the information section) 2) that I don't have a TEFL (I have a level 5 TEFL diploma from i-to-i and I uploaded this certificate too), and 3) that my TPR and props were not up to top standard - this part makes no sense at all, like I said I'm very experienced at teaching, especially young ones, and I am confident that I smashed it. 🤔 I tried to contact Palfish for help, but I don't think they have a customer service... Do you have any ideas?

sorry to hear that! I think some of their feedback is just general copy and paste feedback they give a lot of people. Also it may not be all of those reasons, it could just be one. Make sure the documents you upload are clear and not blurry!! I would contact them though the messaging feature on the app or on their facebook page. Best of luck!

Teacher Cat I am in the process of taking my PF1 and PF2 Trial demos. After you sing the "goodbye song" what do you press to bring up the evaluation and submit for scoring? I was told you need to score 80% or better to pass your trial. I have been very frustrated because at the end my score has been only 44.3. Thinking I had to reach 80 which was causing me to do it over and over again and not even getting close. And Senior video I realized that the points does not reflect your total score and it has to be submitted. I don't see buttons on my screen after the lesson 2 how did you submit it? Any help you could offer would be truly appreciated thanks!

To get your score, you just exit the classroom. It will ask if you want to "reprep" as in take it again or something like "submit" or something. After you submit, it will tell you what it has calculated so far. It is not your final score. Your final score will upload a few hours later. Hope that helps!

if this is what shows up when you enter the classroom, then yes it is what you'll be interviewed on. I think Palfish just recently changed their interview to this new version.
