This is the real Jimi Hendrix fans favourite piece. Jimi was tapped into the Universe when he wrote it and it still is years ahead of its time. Fabulous cover; it must have taken hours to transcribe as this sounds like it was taken from the studio version therefor transcribed by ear. For those of us who believe Jimi was not of this earth Pali Gap surely proves it.

Thank you. This song is still ahead of its time. Had an older brother so I've got introduced to Hendrix and that era of music very early. I started playing guitar to this day, I'm 46 now and Hendrix is something I always came back to, unique sound and feel. Not many people have ever tried to capture this song, only a few nailed it. You play it EXACTLY as Jimi did in the studio, you even nailed that Leslie effect and the tone, everything, it gave me goosebumps. I've always had issues with this song, in my head I know almost note for note how it goes but when I play I miss some parts, I'm having a hard time remembering everything right.
