Sir which drilling machine would you suggest for a beginner?

Hand Drill machine is a simplest tool in any workshop. Buy an impact drill machine (trigger controlled variable speed), you can use that drill as an screw driver too. You can buy generic brands which comes for Rs. 1000-1200 only and they works really well. I have John Bhandari brand (yellow colour machine, you can see in this video) drill machine for Rs. 900/- and that is pretty good and does all my DIY work.
