It will take time. I honestly doubt most managers would do better with this structure and these tools. I'd stick with poch until his contract expires and then go for a world class manager it makes sense. I'd give poch two full seasons which hasn't happened for a while. I believe in this group they are kids...all I'm doing is supporting this grp to finish strong and hopefully this ownership adds the experience and quality needed in the summer(if that doesn't happen then yeah we're finished fr).

We have no talent or class with exception of Thiago Silva left in this side, yet again with so many unwell and injured its club suicide and we are there for taking, Poch wont have a clue how to win this, Madueke and many of the other young players are simply with us as mercenaries, staff not instilling discipline nor pride to play for our club, these death row contracts have taking any fight and willing to learn from the players as they get paid win lose or draw

honestly thats a solid lineup, its the best we got and I would consider offloading Madueke this summer and Sterling or Mudryk this summer for Olise and Nico Williams and we have to get either Toney or Osimhen no doubt about that. Keep Chalobah, I'd say keep Maatsen but thats not happening so get rid of Chilwell and go get me a real LB to compete with Cucurella. We can do with Petrovic for another season and then go get someone better if he doesnt improve even more

Enzo's through ball to Nicholas Jackson for 1 v 1 with the goalkeeper was amazing in semi final, and that's because it was his natural position for that play. However, during the rest of the game he was out of his best position and Moises Caicedo was isolated as usual.

There are options for Poch, depending on what he wants to do, or not do. If he doesn't want to break up the Silva/Chalobah pairing, he can move Caicedo to RB. Caicedo has played it several times while at Brighton and did fine for them. Or, he can break up the pairing and move Chalobah to RB, then pair Disasi and Silva I suppose. IF he moved Caicedo to RB, he could play Enzo and Gallagher in the pivot, if Enzo is available to play that is and if he is, be certain he's starting in the midfield or the owners would kill Pochettino. To continue on that thought, if Enzo and Gallagher at pivot, Caicedo at RB, he has the choice of Mudryk and Chukwumeka at the attacking midfield position. I'd probably go with Mudryk given they're playing Arsenal and it might be too much of a demand for the few minutes Chuku has under his belt but if he did go with Chuku, I wouldn't have an issue myself with the decision. He's been decent. If Chukwumeka plays CAM, I'd have Mudryk on the right, Sterling on the left and as much as I'd love to see the American Patriot from Brazil playing striker, I suspect Poch will once again start Jackson at striker. The reason I'd prefer Mudryk on the right is because he's useless on the left. I think with his speed and the natural restriction on the right side, he'd be forced to get down the flank and cross instead of having the option to stop and go back and make a bad choice on the left, which seems quite often. As for the narrative that Jackson is good at everything except putting the ball in the net - I disagree. I don't think he's very good at a number of things. What I think he is good at is linking play, collecting a ball played to his feet, turning and running into the final third. He's very good at this. However, when he gets to the final 3rd, he makes bad choices, turns the ball over, holds onto the ball too long and of course fails to convert chances. He isn't a reference point in the middle for a hold up play, meaning, a goalie or deep player can't kick it long and expect Jackson to win a duel in the air, control and link. He can't do that as he has no aerial game at all, which means he also cannot head a ball as we have seen all season. This highlights his lack of sound fundamentals in his game. His passing is also not very sharp, annoying Palmer often and on Saturday just some of his silly back heals while the recipient was covered, or his poor square ball to Enzo which ruined a good counter opportunity. Just a number of wasteful turnovers that the announcer was even frustrated. Besides his ability to drive and run fast, he's largely one footed too. He's ultimately very limited for a striker. Maybe he'd be better suited to wing but honestly, the finishing is still a requirement for attackers so IMO, if Chelsea want to improve, they need more quality than players like Jackson on their starting XI. As for the game, I think Chelsea will give them a tough go. Arsenal has played twice in a week and looked flat vs Wolves. Chelsea once again have a good opportunity to take care of wobbly legs. As for a fortress to visiting teams, I think Klopp at Anfield is undisputed champion there Youness. He's already set their record for unbeaten at home, beating Paisely's record, I think they hit 68 home unbeaten streak, nearly doubling City a couple years ago. Also in March, I remember before they played City they had another unbeaten streak going at Anfield that was 29/30 games. Point is, they don't lose often at Anfield while Arsenal just got beat by Villa last week at home. Finally in regards to Chilwell, I commented 2 videos ago on your channel and said the following: "Chilwell btw, his legs don't look strong, he doesn't run well anymore comparatively to a couple years ago. Not surprising given all the damage done to his legs, knees et al." Lets just say I'm not surprised he's hurt again. His running ability looks absolutely washed up, like he's got the legs of a 35 year old player. It's too bad because he was athletically quite strong before his ACL injury in Turin. Never been the same. Pity.
