Nice job. any tips you could give me, cause I play the vibraphone For my indoor drumline. Could you give me any tips for jumping on a marimba.

Fortunately the basic techniques transfer pretty well, especially at a high school level. Most kids I’ve taught do pretty well when they move over to marimba, just some minor adjustments at the beginning. Of course some of this varies by school, and I don’t actually know how you play, so your best bet is to talk to your instructor.
