Thanks RWR... I hadn't heard of this state park, but it's definitely a bucket list visit. It's incredible they have that isolated environment. Everything south of that location, down to the Corpus Christi area has snakes. If you happen to visit the King Ranch outside of CC, they post signs saying beware of the rattlesnakes. They are so common around those parts, even at the King Ranch headquarters visitors center. 😮 Gord

Not a fan of snakes. Obviously. At least there weren't alligators.

I would never think Texas watching this video. Looks like some unique plants and creatures. I hope you didn't pick up any hitch hikers.. I remember the lovely Adrienne 😊 Thanks RWR

I hate Buc-ees. While driving 18wheeler I saw all of their signs and thought it would be a nice place to stop for a break, wrong. They don't like trucks, but they sure want to get their products delivered. I will NEVER go to one.

Thank you for bringing up that point. I see that. As RVers with a Big Diesel Rig, I was shocked that there was no place for Diesel Big Rigs. I guess they don't care about competing in that "Lane". But for locals in those small towns and the other "Roadtrippers", it's fills a need.
