Ahh..the 80's! I can still remember the first time I saw this ad in 1987. It was a Saturday and we were watching Eat Bulaga..then this ad came when Alice Dixon made that 'I Can Feel It' move my sisters and I burst into laughter and imitated her hahaha.

grabe! the first time i ever saw Alice Dixson was on this commercial. from then on, she became my idol and until now, i'm still her avid fan. i remember waking up to the sound of this commercial even when the volume of the TV was turned down low, only to watch Alice. her I Can Feel It action sequence sure launched her to 1980's superstardom.

GRAVEEEHHHH!!!! Sarap maalala nung mga panahon na yun. Nood ka lang ng commercial matatawa at maaliw ka na. This ad is one of the best and unforgettable one. I remember Alice and to give credit to her since she played the role of dyesebel back in the 90's, I think she was the best dyesebel swimmer ever I've seen. Lyk very effortless sya magswim coz she really is a swimmer. I can feel it!!!!! Yeah!!!

Two years after that TV commercial, Palmolive came up with a music video entitled "Celebrate the Feeling, the Brand New Feeling" starring the already famous Alice Dixson and then commercial model Alou Camua, who is now a US-based dentist. I loved that video.

Yup I love the '80s, the age of MTVs, Tears for Fears, Culture Club, DuranDuran, Spandau Ballet, Regal babies and natural beauties Alma Moreno, Dina Bonnevie, Maricel Soriano. And my crush Gabby Concepcion! Walang sinabi si Piolo Pascual kay Gabby C. Great find ha. I just wonder why wala yun "cute" shriek at the end ni Alice Dixson in this TV ad. Alice is still a beauty in Babaeng Hampaslupa. I still can remember my other crush, Rustom Padilla in his manly days with Dina B and Alice D.

You're right, actually Gee Your Hair Smells Terrific yung name ng contest nuon sa EB. I remember cos my dad said, that girl will be a huge star someday. Well she did, kaya lang Alice is a very private person, so she left showbusiness at the height of her career. After EB, she joined Bb Pilipinas where she won and represented our country in the Miss International pageant. She made it through the semi final round.
