I was there last week plenty lobster crabs and crab legs along with mountains of shrimp! Not a big display of other items limited but if you a seafood lover you will love this buffet!

eating is a very personal thing. although you tried more items, what counts is taste and what tastes good to you. i think for you to select and to eat items you enjoy is the best. you can say that item is done well or really not done well because you have had it many times in the past or even prepare at home. given said that i think it is important to show all items offered.

Great video, like the tag team style. Baba Ghanoush is roasted eggplant w olive oil and lemon and blended much like Hummus. Prepared in mass quantity for buffets probably doesnt showcase (like many buffet items). This buffet rates up there with Bellagio's - less than average.

I think your approach to trying the different foods was a great solution! Usually at a buffet, we order our favs. This way you can sample more and not feel stuffed! Good strategy!

Great job again, Bill and Lisa. I love the new approach to the buffet, great for the viewers, but maybe not as much for you both as buffets should be dealt with strategically. When doing this style, wouldn't it be better for you to do the main course stations first while your stomachs are empty so you can enjoy more?
