People buy it as the tower is zone for short term rentals which is basically illegal in most all of the city. But it does include all utilities, gym, pool, security, tower staff and other amenities of living in a hotel like room service house keeping valet etc

You can make money depending on how you purchase. If you have a loan then this does not cash flow in my experience. If you pay cash you are looking at 3-7% return yearly depending on how you rent the unit out. 👍 one of my friends has a strip view studio and he rents it himself on airbnb and makes $2,000 a month after HOA and fees.
