I went here and had a blast, only thing I wish was there butter was more salty, it kinda tasted watered down. Also their desserts and hot chocolate was very good! I thought it was worth the money.

I had boiled lobster in Maine with butter; good but nothing beats Chinese style lobster with lots of garlic at local Vegas Chinatown restaurant! 😊

I was there on weds for the first time and had 4 lobsters and 1 tail. I agree with you and find your rating accurate. I thought the tail was mushy and yeah thought it needed to be cooked more. I also ate some cheese pizza and banana ice cream. I had a room comp so I didn’t need to drive home from coma eating lobsters. It’s for sure an experience that is worth it. I like seafood towers too but that’s already over $100. Costco has some $50 for 6 tails so sometimes I do that. Then I can have grass fed butter etc. Anyhoo thanks for the great review!!! 🦞🦞🦞♥️🦞♥️🍕🍨🎉

Now this is going to be a review I wish I had seen before I went out there. I did have the AYCE crab buffet on a Thursday night but want to go back for this!!!! We all now this will be a really honest to goodness bang for the buck review.

Eleven is under $10 each for a whole lobster. You also get all the side dishes you want, pretty decent deal! I call this: The 11-Lobster Danny Challenge! Also, keep in mind Palms doesn't force you to wait for lobster. Would it qualify as 'institutional lobster?' Probably a bit better? I also really enjoy how Danny captures the ambient audio of the restaurants. Thanks again!

Hi Danny, I totally understand your final thought. My wife and I had a lobster meal recently in a decent restaurant, the lobster tasted horrible, it is not even chewable, the service was not great either. We need skilled cook for lobster.

Danny! There is plenty of meat in the smaller portion of the claw. There is also plenty of meat in the lobster head. It takes a bit of work to get to it all but it would be a waste if you only ate the tail and the big half of the claw.

Argghhh...it's killing me that you don't eat the lobstah innards (tomalley). It has sooo much flavor. I know the FDA warned against eating New England lobstah tomalley but I'm from Boston and I'm still kickin'

I don't know why people hate on spiny lobster. Maybe because they don't come with the body and claws? Anyway, I told you the best lobsters I ever had in the past, but I forgot #1 was on the Brittany coast of France at a seaside alfresco restaurant in Carnac. It was so delicious that I wanted to drink the pink lobster liquor off the plate. Can you get only the spiny lobster, or do you have to get the combo?

there are different levels of unsafe, the big two ends are, things that would make you sick or kill you pretty darn soon, and things that could be bad for health if consumed alot for a long long time... so when people are vague and say it is unsafe without going into specifics, you just dont know!

Lobster is lobster, the restaurant just dumps it in boiling water. If your lobster was bad, either it was a dead lobster, or it was overcooked and became rubbery
