Why do you ecl the superlaser tech so often? If you wanted the resource that turn, you could use palp, and still resupply to flip palp because the resource from slt is ready.

Command and Resupply don’t but Superlaser Tech specifically tells you to ready it. By default all cards enter play exhausted
