The Feybreak Update for Palworld introduced a new type of "Boss" Pals, called "Predator Pals"! These drop something called Predator Cores, which are used in a lot of new crafts, as well as a decent amount of Giant Pal Souls, used to upgrade your pal's stats! They tend to spawn in the same areas, but their spawn time is random - and predator pals are a legit threat even against higher level pals. I do recommend clearing out any other nearvy pals before fighting them directly.

I know one thing unlike most Pals their Aim is pretty good and they can be relentless in trying to close the distance to you while ignoring your Pal to get to you. Set Pal appearance to 3 and you'll get 3 Predator Pals together which can be fun.
