U know that % increases if u use pal consender its around 25% if u max 1 pal

How do you increase the partner skill level I'm still confused on that?

You must feed them souls of the damned... Of similar pals... In the pal condenser. Everytime you rank up your pal, its skill increases as well.

Every pal can be upgraded 4 times using a PAL CONDENSER which increases their base stats, partner skill level and work suitability. For that you've to catch their dupes level 1 star - 4 pals level 2 star - 16 pals level 3 star - 32 pals level 4 star (final so far) - 64 pals So in total you have to catch 116 pals Besides this you can also offer Small, medium and large pal souls (farm dungeon chest and whole map chest) to a Statue of Power to increase max HP or Def or Atk or Work speed in an increment of 3% up to 10 times per stat.
