Hissing sound is coming due to ground looping as u have given power from same source.Give separate 5v dc to bluetooth module to reduce hissing sound. U can use a old mobile charger circuit for the bluetooth module as separate 5v dc.

I have similar one one bluetooth module as shown in the video and the sound seemed bad so I discarded it. CSR chip based ones are very good but not available locally and generally they come with amplifiers.

@WhatIThink i am making a project and having problem, i have a pam 8610 connected to 20watt 4ohm + 10watt 4ohm speakers in series on both channels so 8ohm per channel and power supply as 3x 18650 batteries, input from 5v Bluetooth module which gets power from a 7805 regulator , i have also added capacitors between battery and amplifier of 4700uf+1000uf and a 22k resistor on sound output from Bluetooth module to reduce distortion but it still has a lot of distortion and clipping and most song are not even listenable and a voltage drop of 0.2-0.4v while running plus the chip runs hot even having heatsink on top, pls help i am stuck

Hello, I recently used an online calculator to calculate the crossover circuit coil. Which I made out of 23 awg wire 1" height and 7layers of 40 turns. To get appx 900 mh. When i tested the resistance it was 2ohms on each coil. I installed the circuit on my 4 ohm hi and low drivers and now the overall impedance is 16 ohms. I am using a dual 4440 ic amplifier. Can you please suggest me where I went wrong or is that normal that after installing crossover the impedance increases?

Use thicker wires to make passive cross over...May be the wires which you are using to connect the amp to speaker are too long and cause of extra resistance ..Connect cross over direct to speaker then chek the impedance

I will check as directed and will update you. I am using 2x4440 and one tda203 amp to make a 5.1 home theater system. But the output is not what I am expecting. I would love to share the pictures. I am using 3amp 12 volt transformer om 4440 and 15-0-15 1.5 amp on 2030. Also I modified one normal vocal woofer to accommodate a subwoofer coil. And have connected 2x8 ohms in series to make it lesser impedance. One last thing. Thank you so mich sir for all the valuable information you shared. I have never seen any KZbin channel as organized and well presented on electronics. I am an electronic enthusiast and have learned these some on my own and some from teachers like you.

The noise is because of ground loop problem as the the Bluetooth board is sharing the same ground ! Try with different supply for Bluetooth module !

I think the sound box you are using is of 4 or 6 Ohm, will they harm the amo as it is recomended to drive 8 Ohm? and in such low Ohm load the sounds seems okay with no clipping. here what to do to prevent clipping?

You can connect three 8610 boards with 5.1 decoder without any problem and use speakers on the output of 8610. But Do not use class d amplifier as preamplifier as switching frequency is mixed with audio signal and it will create heat in the next amplifier connected with this.
