This interview has been perhaps the most valuable I’ve heard, Jim is an absolute GaeM: he simplifies what many other complicate with often too much explanation. I’ve found this interview enormously helpful. I was already aware - but now even more so - of how much of my current thinking has become negative since 2020. I share a house with a long term male friend and he had a Stroke in 2017. The restrictions of Lockdown brought out the worst in him, it was like a different person had moved in. Since then he’s deteriorated into Vascular Dementia and my life has become a living hell. I’ve become bogged down in my day to day reality and my thinking has become very 3D. I’m grateful for this wisdom today. I’ve been trying to work out a solution, and I’ve seen only difficulties. Definitely time to rise above this. Jim’s Triangle of Three Words suggestion is a great starting point, al I’ve been saying in recent times is that I’m looking for the WinWin solution, but I’ve not attached any feelings to it. I’ve been longing in Fear, Resentment and Grief. No wonder things get worse! Heartfelt thanks to you both.

Jim Self does walk in two worlds. Mastering Alchemy has been a part of my life for years - almost daily. Every lesson, course gets better and better! Amazing. I was magnetically attracted into Mastering Alchemy years ago. The first experience I recall was going HOME to creator in a guided meditation, bursting into sobs and a torrent of tears, that surprised and shocked me! I had NO IDEA I was longing for the wholeness and the love that I KNEW! I went through all levels of Mastering Alchemy ....about 4 years, and I apply what I KNOW. I discovered Pam Gregory this past year, and was wowed by her taking the mystery of Astrology and explaining it in a way that makes sense and fits in to what I KNOW. What an amazing duo to hear for this 52 minutes on the bridge between 3D and 5D.

Aww, this was fabulous! I’m new(er) to this channel but I’ve been a Mastering Alchemy student since 2017. The Sunday night energy meet up reminds me so much of the Park Bench work Mastering Alchemy did a few years back. For any of you interested in the program I would highly recommend going through the Park Bench sessions. I enjoyed this so much and in the midst, I had a flash! one musical note played on a trumpet resonates and creates a vibration. Two musical notes played on two trumpets create a vibration that is greater than one plus one, it is three! When we all meditate together at the same time....we raise the earths vibration. The importance of loving ourselves cannot be underestimated at this time. So many of us were raised with the toxic believe that self-love is selfish, but this is an old belief to keep up separate. When we authentically love ourselves, the barriers fall, and only then can we love the world completely, unconditionally, and without agenda.

Auel, who wrote The Clan of the Cave Bear. They are fiction books and follow a woman who lived during the ice age, 30,000 to 40,000 years ago. One of the spiritual leaders is teaching her about the sacred colors, and one of them is clear. When Jim said that clear is a color, it blew my mind, because I had just read that in the book and dismissed it. But it's true! Amazing. Thank you both again. God Bless!
