I think the rotation system is better since it gives the opportunity to all African regions but that doesn't mean that what the southern region members did was right(the fights and drama) they should have wrote a petition or solve it in a diplomatic way and so did the western region MP's have to explain why they aren't letting it happen and even postpone the elections until the other members understand the reasons behind their status or reach a collective resolution but all this had to be done in a respectful manner because what they did didn't change anything either .
