Juan mentioned the Al pastor taste a little different on the east coast. I believe that’s because what you guy are getting on the west coast is actually adobada? Very similar to Al pastor. But has different spices. All of my time in Cali and south western Arizona it was the adobada. Check it out. On another note. Do you guys have any plans on manufacturing any handlebars for batwing bikes? I want to change my 14” meathooks out for something like the moto bars.
