Mene correction from fill Kiya tha online all complete ho gya but last me payment hote hi khud page closed ho gya go home likha ane laga iske age ka kuch complete ni hua adhar authentication ni hua adhar OTP bhi ni aya and payment cut gya iske baad Bina adhar authentication and adhar OTP ke correction hoga Mera pan card ya ni please tell me

No.. you need to manually upload the signature. even its not required now these days.

Don't Worry bro, Type NAME would you Like to be Printed on Physical PAN CARD, initials Also possible because I have tried it, but first Name & Surname/Last Name Never takes Initials>>>> ITD designed it not to Allow initials in PAN CARD so enter Full Name in (Surname & First Name) & Provide name to be Printed on PAN CARD as you like(this is important)

Dear Sir I already possess a pancard where my name is Kiran S on card ( As per pan card records, First name : Siddaganga Last name: Kiran) and recently I had a issue of name mismatch stating that my name is not matching with name of bank account or aadhar card .So I just want to know whether which of the following format of name is correct for my name so that I could apply for correction if wrong.
