For chole-3medium size onions
1small size onion
2 medium size tomatoes
3 tbsp oil
asafoetida (hing)
cumin seeds 1/2tsp,1tbsp ginger garlic paste
salt,crushed/paste green chilli
spices-1/2tsp haldi
1tsp degi,kashmiri lal mirch powder
1/2tsp jeera powder
1tsp coriander powder
little bit kasuri methi
red chilli powder (as you want)
For bhatura-3cup maida(refined flour)
1/2tsp salt, 1tsp sugar, little bit kasuri methi
1tsp ajwain, 1tsp baking powder/1/2tsp baking soda,1cup milk,water(according to need)
rest hour -25-30 minutes
