You will learn how to make pan pizza on a cast iron pan and in a normal home oven.
The dough was proofed overnight at room temperature. The oven temperature was 275c / 525f and the bake time was 17 minutes.
The dough:
500 g (00 or similar pizza flour)
315 ml of water
1 tsp instant dried yeast
2 tsp Fine sea salt
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
The sauce:
1 can of tomatoes
0.5 tsp Fine sea salt
1 tbsp Dried oregano
1 tbsp Dried basil
