Want an authentic recipe of Dal Bukhara of I T C Sheraton style. Have tried many recipes but have not been able to capture the taste. I follow ur dal makhani restaurant style and it’s a big hit. Grinding the dal with ice cube gave a magical touch to the consistency of dal. Ur aloo tikki is another big hit. Ground poha again was great twist given to the recipe.

I am using wonderchef brand otg for my cooking videos... it is also good and pocket friendly.. if you have small family like 2-3 persons then 19 liters capacity is good. If you have family of 4-6 persons you can go for 30 liters or above for morphy rechards... for upto 1 kg cake 19 liters capacity is good. and if you want to make barbeque at home make sure your otg have rotassary function and fan inside 😊

Tried it today. It looked and tasted awesome. Earlier the marination came off during the grilling, but ur tips were really helpful to retain it this time. The only variation I tried was grilling using the microwave oven. 10 mins one side, turned over and 8 mins otherside. 🔥🍡
