पनीर कोल्हापुरी बनाने का आसान तरीक़ा, Paneer sabji, Paneer Kolhapuri

Paneer Kolhapuri
Ingredients-
For Kolhapuri Masala
2 tbsp whole coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 black cardamom
1 green cardamom
1/2 star anise
1 inch cinnamon stick
1 clove
1/2 mace / javitri
1/2 Bayleaf
1/2 tsp black pepper corn /10 -15
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
2 tbsp cashews
1 tsp poppy seeds
4-5 Kashmiri red Chili
For Gravy-
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp ginger
1 tbsp garlic
2 onions chopped
salt to taste
1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
3 tomatoes chopped or puréed
250 g Paneer
1/2 cup milk
2 green chilies
1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves

Unless in big restaurant, most restaurant cheat by using preprepared gravy for all sort of curry. So it is better we make this ourselves even though it takes time. Only once i got genuine veg korma in a restaurant in year 2018. It was served in big copper handi. The taste and look was unforgettable and the price was around 200. It was worth it.
