I don't like heat, so I'm always relieved when fall rolls around. I don't always put eyeshadow on my lower lashline, so I don't see anything wrong with you skipping it. Depending on what shadows I'm using, the look can turn out more dramatic than I wanted by putting shadow there, so I usually don't when I want a more casual daytime look.

Like your adapted rules on that project! I was always so intimidated because it takes me soooo long to hit pans 😂 Looooove fall but hate Halloween 🙈 We don‘t really celebrate it here + I really hate being scared… beautiful look :) I always put on sth to the lower lashline. As I don‘t put Mascara there I feel like it puts everything together.

It takes me a while to hit pans too lol I never used to put mascara on my lower lashes, but I started a couple years ago and never went back! lol

I have had a lot of practice with eyeliner!! lol been doing it since high school
