As per Sec 139AA of Income Tax Act, all persons having PAN & Aadhar should link them unless otherwise exempted. If not linked within 31st March, 2022, late fee of Rs. 500 will be levied up to 30.6.2022 and a late fee of Rs. 1,000 will be levied if linking is done after 30.6.2022.
