@@mercedeslusk1969 you can eat it just as good as supplementing it with a chitosan powdered capsule form but always drink plenty of water, that's why you have to cook it well especially barbequed on grill or salt n peppered n or crispy style chew it well, and it is better wild than farmed raised, and maybe supplementing with digestive enzymes and good stomach acid before eating to really get the full benefit. it is like eating pineapple most people don't eat the hard middle. they take it out but the hard middle has bromelain a type of proteolytic enzyme but separate from other proteases, good for arthritis, fights swelling, muscle soreness, it can aid relief on gum soreness, and many other uses, what's hard to digest and not good for you unless it is well cooked and or peeled are tomato, pepper, cucumber, n eggplant skins or any nightshade vegetable and nightshade fruit skins.

@@famf6234 all in moderation it will be ok especially if u supplement with protease enzymes, black teas like puerh and golden monkey, it blocks the metabolic pathway of (xox) enzyme that causes high urid acid, as for the liver milk thistle, dandelion, burdock root, artichoke, and oregon grape are good liver supplements and as for the heart any cooking oils that are refined are bad and to be avoided especially the false ads about their no cholesterol and unsaturated fats,, even when they are advertised as no cholesterol when heated, exposed to light , and air or oxygen they become saturated and bad for your heart, so avoid all cooking oils that advertise as no cholesterol and unsaturated instead choose unrefined oils with dark glass containers like non gmo avocado oil, grass fed butter, unrefine evoo at only low temps, avoid any refined oils like corn, canola, sunflower, safflower, cottonseed, soy bean, vegetable oils, better yet use air fryers.......good health to u and God bless...

Good review. Many people who go to buffets are so eager to taste all the foods and leave so much left over. TAKAW MATA. Customers can always go for refills to take whatever they want but please be considerate so that others can enjoy too without leaving so much untouched food. These go to waste. Imagine so many people go hungry while you are feasting and throwing food to waste. PERHAPS YOU CAN EDUCATE SOME PEOPLE GOING TO BUFFETS TO TAKE ONLY WHAT THEY FINISHED AND GO BACK FOR MORE IF THEY CAN CONSUME SO MUCH.

Ok ang buffet jan ha, mura lang kasi may promo, ayos. Matry nga jan ☺ Dada try nyo po sa Sofitel po yung Spiral buffet po, dami po food dun. Natry na po namin dun dati pa, bago mag pandemic tapos nag try ulit kami nung nag open na eh para pong mejo disappointed po kami kasi late na kami nakarating ng lunch kaya habol sa oras, nabitin kami hindi namin naexplore ang mga pagkain. Kailangang expert at well experienced ka sa buffet. Stay away from soups, noodles, drinks, breads, desserts, rice. Concentrate ka sa hakaw, siomai, lechon, roast duck, sugpo, fish. Saka mo na balikan ang iba pag nakain mo na lahat ng gusto mo. Mautak na ang ibang buffet resto, yung section ng sushi/sashimi, palaging absent yung taga-prepare. Ganun din yung sa lechon/roast beef. At pati na din yung sa ebi tempura. Maiinis ka na lang sa kakahintay. Kaya di na ako pumapasok sa buffet resto. The best yung sa sofitel, at 3k/person, kasama pati assorted cheese at assorted wine!! Grabe sa dami ng viands!!

We reserve days before yung table number reserve to us may nag occupy na, may halo halo but no shaved ice, sira yung beer dispenser machine, juice is SO water down may color but walang lasa, ang tagal mag replenish ng food Pros- fresh & big shrimps, super yummy ice cream, sotanghon with clams good too & very courteous staffs.
