Do you happen to know which forex conversion chart the Panama Banco Nationale uses to work out your monthly guaranteed income in Dollars from U.K. pounds when your lawyer submits the notarised pension paperwork to immigration for the Pensionado visa. I would be moving from the U.K. which uses Pounds Sterling.I cant see any Forex info on the banks website. Thank You.

You say there is post offices in the town you go to. Can you not UPS / Fedex to Panama City to be sent to a Post Office Box # in the town you choose to live in.?

The post office does not offer DHL service. You must go to a private mail company
