The A6300 is not available in India anymore, whereas the A6400 +kit lens costs 1070usd to 1150 usd. The G85 costs 680usd in India. So at 680usd in 2019 what do you think about the G85?

if you are good at manual focusing than buy g85 otherwise sony is great for autofocus..

@AbuAreejQ214 жыл бұрын
Go with A6300, Good gimbal can fix the stabilization easily, The crop frame is so much better than the micro four third and specifically in low light situations
@pranjalmishra82394 жыл бұрын
@@AbuAreejQ21 Gymbal adds to the overall cost , also is another piece of gear to lug around. When you take a look at photographs and videos of both , you won't be able to tell which sensor captured it.

I own both these cameras & I wouldn’t want to give up either one. If I had to choose a winner for me personally, I’d give the Sony the edge. But I use them equally.
@carsonmtech6 жыл бұрын
Interesting to hear. I only own the Panasonic but honestly it’s hard for me to decide as well. I would likely have the Sony if only it had the longer recording times. I needed the longer recording time in 4K just over a week ago when I needed to record a music performance for my friend and it ended up being 50 minutes of 4K continuous footage from both my Panasonic cameras. Sony seems awesome though!
@xXadambXx5 жыл бұрын
because of ibis you can buy lens without IS, so it's cheaper and is more of them because we can use lens from panasonic and olympus (and rest m43). this is the thing which i start to thing m43 will be better for small vacation trip camera for movie and pictures, bad is no small cam m43 with 1080/120 fps ;)

Hey Carson, Loved your video. Kind of helped me in deciding which one to buy. Can you tell me which lens you used and on what settings you shot this? Also can you tell me which lenses are good(better detail and sharpness) I need it for video work.

Hey Carson, I would first like to say that I love your videos! Because of your videos, I actually bought a DJI Phantom 3 Standard myself. I’ve gotta say that it’s a true master when it flies. It’s literally like my favorite activity to fly drones now. All because of you. So thank you! Although, I have one question and I would like if you would answer it since you, obviously, have more experience than me. Many people online, even the people from DJI, recommend discharging the battery every 20 charges. But when I read the manual that came with it, it doesn’t say anything about discharging. So, do you ever discharge? And if so, should I begin to discharge my battery every once in a while? Would definitely appreciate an answer because this topic has been in my head ever since I’ve heard about it and I’m not sure what to do.

I'm looking with a view to getting one of these two cameras to use with a Zhiyun crane 2, but oh boy am I struggling to make a decision! I think the G85 has a slight edge regards stabilisation and the overheating, being able to use it to record 4k for more than 30 odd minutes but I like the slow Mo offered by Sony and if I was to later upgrade I can't help but feel I'd upgrade to a Sony A7 series....
@carsonmtech6 жыл бұрын
Idk man they truly are great cameras! If you really think you’ll be shooting a lot of longer 4K, then you really do have to go with Panasonic but if not, I’d consider going for the Sony. The longer 4K record times is truly the reason I decided Panasonic over Sony :)
@flyhi27736 жыл бұрын
I switch back and fourth . . . I've found an offer on a Sony A6500 with a Sony SEL18135 E 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 OSS Zoom Lens, maybe a bit more if I opted for the 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 OIS Telephoto Lens so now I'm back to Sony lol - its the most expensive option but . . . it won't break the bank, I can get it just by waiting another month for various bits and pieces like a Sigma 10-20mm lens and stuff for my Nikon so I think that's what I'll probably now go for - spending a bit more, I find, saves more if you get what you really want in the first place! I can get about $500 off the Sony Lens deal at present - quite a saving.
