New scene mode? My GF3 has the same scene mode, although the GF5 has the more dramatic looking large thumbnails.

GX1 has more buttons so more customizable and very discounted as GX7 now out as of Sep 2013 - well worth it - super nice but of you have the money go with GX7

GF1... More manual control, PASM button, no touchscreen, optional EVF, metal build, etc... I got GF5 and i regret it, now i have a GF1 white with EVF.

They skipped "4", because "4" in Japanese is pronounced a couple of ways "yon" & "shi". The problem is that "shi" also means "Death"! So whether is from superstition, fear or out of respect they refuse to use or name "4" in a lot of things. Specially a name for a Product they want Japanese people to purchase. But even in other things such as parking lots, they skip parking #4.
