Pancakes are a definite everyday favorite! Here is a simple basic recipe for thin pancakes. Roast and serve with jam, cream or ice cream
Recipes for about 3 pancakes:
1 dl wheat flour
2 dl milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
50 grams of butter (25g for batter, 25g for frying)
Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Beat in half of the milk and whisk to a smooth batter. Whisk in the rest of the milk and eggs.
Allow the batter to swell in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. The longer the better
Melt the butter in the frying pan and pour some butter into the frying pan. Fry thin pancakes of batter in a frying or pancake pan.
